Scott Matsuura (Roseville)

Scott has been practicing orthopedic and sports physical therapy for over 25 years. Originally from the South Bay area, he spent many years in the Palo Alto and Cupertino communities. He attended the renowned Long Beach State University for his bachelor’s degree and physical therapy degree. Scott focuses on improving performance, utilizing his training in functional movement (FMS and SFMA), active release technique (ART), and Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC certified instructor). He is also certified in Back to Golf (BTG) and a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher (RYT). This combination of methodology lends to a complete approach to pain reduction and return to function in high-level sports.
