Doctor of Physical Therapy
Courtney Trueblood, PT, DPT, is a passionate and skilled physical therapist with a strong foundation in outpatient and sports physical therapy. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona in 2023, following a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San Diego State University. Courtney has gained valuable experience in various clinical settings, including M3 Physical Therapy in Los Angeles, where she has treated a wide range of patients, from general orthopedic cases to post-surgical rehabilitation and sports-specific training.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Courtney has a strong background in sports, having served as a gymnastics team coach and director at Byers Gymnastics in Citrus Heights, California. She is certified in Myofascial Decompression and is dedicated to empowering her patients through individualized care, education, and evidence-based practice. Courtney is also actively involved in professional organizations like the APTA and has participated in community outreach programs promoting the physical therapy profession.
Dr. Grant Klotzbuecher
Doctor of Physical Therapy | Certified Athletic Trainer
Dr. Grant Klotzbuecher brings a unique perspective to sports rehabilitation, combining years of collegiate athletic training experience with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California. Before becoming a physical therapist, Grant spent five years as an assistant athletic trainer, working alongside collegiate athletes and coaching staffs to support injury prevention, rehabilitation, and return-to-play decision making. His time was intensely spent around baseball and soccer athletes at Jessup University
Grant completed KIME’s Premiere Sports Physical Therapy Rotation, where his passion for sports medicine, evidence-based practice, and individualized patient care made him a natural fit for the KIME team. His clinical approach emphasizes movement quality, performance-driven rehabilitation, and helping athletes and active individuals build confidence throughout every stage of recovery.

Matthew Smith, PT
Physical Therapist | Orthopedic Rehab & Ergonomics Specialist
Matthew Smith brings more than 35 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, clinic leadership, and injury prevention to KIME. Throughout his career, he has specialized in helping patients restore function, improve movement, and return confidently to daily activity, work, and recreation.
As the longtime owner of Rehabilitation and Occupational Consultants (ROC) in Folsom, Matt built a respected outpatient practice focused on orthopedic rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, ergonomics, and individualized patient care. His background includes extensive experience working with both general orthopedic populations and workplace injury prevention programs, including onsite physical therapy and ergonomic consulting for large utility organizations.
Matt’s clinical approach blends hands-on manual therapy, movement education, and evidence-based treatment strategies to help patients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes. In addition to patient care, he has spent much of his career mentoring clinicians and developing teams, with a passion for teaching movement principles and clinical reasoning.

Dr. Genoa Martin brings more than 14 years of rehabilitation experience and a passion for helping patients move with confidence through every stage of recovery. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Creighton University after an accomplished career as a Physical Therapist Assistant, building a strong foundation in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, and movement-based care.
Before becoming a physical therapist, Genoa spent over a decade treating patients in outpatient and inpatient settings while developing expertise in post-surgical rehabilitation, movement analysis, manual therapy, aquatic therapy, and therapeutic exercise. As a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer with additional certifications in kinesiology taping, cupping, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), she enjoys helping patients restore strength, improve movement quality, and return to the activities they love.
