Doctor of Physical Therapy

Tony is a leading sports physical therapist, performance coach, and researcher. He speaks and teaches nationally on sports physical therapy and regularly publishes research in international journals. Tony previously served as the Physical Therapy Manager at the world-renowned EXOS in Phoenix, AZ, working with some of the best athletes in the world. He was the Medical Director for the Sacramento Sports Commission and adjunct faculty in Physical Therapy at Sacramento State University and Northern AZ University. In 2015, Tony was named a finalist for the NSCA Sports Medicine Specialist of the Year and was awarded the 40 Under 40 Award from the Sacramento Business Journal in 2017.

Dr. Justin Reimann

Dr. Justin Reimann is a thoughtful and purpose-driven physical therapist who brings a calm, analytical approach to patient care. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Fresno State, grounded in a strong foundation of kinesiology, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based practice. Justin’s style is centered around clear communication, individualized care planning, and empowering patients through each phase of their recovery. He has a particular interest in functional movement and helping people return to the activities that matter most—whether that means lifting without pain, getting back to work, or returning to sport. At KIME, Justin is known for his steady presence, curiosity, and dedication to guiding patients toward meaningful, lasting progress.

Dr. Osheray “Ray” Streeter

Dr. Osheray Streeter is a seasoned physical therapist with a deep passion for athletic performance, tactical rehab, and personalized recovery care. With experience spanning elite sports medicine clinics, virtual coaching platforms, and clinic leadership, Osheray blends advanced clinical expertise with operational excellence to deliver world-class care. A graduate of South College’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, Osheray has completed an APTA-accredited sports residency with MTI Physical Therapy and was selected for the prestigious Kevin Wilk Travel Fellowship. Osheray specializes in concussion management, cancer rehabilitation, return-to-sport decision making, and performance optimization for athletes of all levels—from youth sports to professionals. His prior experience includes treating athletes with the Whitecaps MLS team. Known for his high energy, sharp clinical reasoning, and commitment to excellence, Osheray brings a results-driven mindset to every client interaction—supporting KIME’s mission to deliver high-performance care with integrity, trust, and purpose.

Dr. Kara Jenkins

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Kara is a performance specialist. She earned her BS in Psychology and Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology from Idaho State University, where she played D1 Collegiate Basketball, won the 2012 Big Sky Conference Championship, and participated in the NCAA Tournament. Kara continued her education at the University of the Pacific, earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She became passionate about coaching others due to her personal history of chronic sports injuries, including ankle sprains and low back pain. Kara has immense experience assessing and improving strength, speed, agility, jumping ability, and power. She utilizes that passion and experience to optimize the physical abilities of patients and athletes, allowing them to perform at the highest level. She is passionate about taking people from average to excellence, both mentally and physically, in their life.

Dr. Jocelyn LaBelle

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Jocelyn is passionate about full body movement and performance. She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at University of St. Augustine at the top of her class. She enjoys giving back to the community and is part of the medical staff for trail ultramarathons across Northern California, including Western States, giving her a unique perspective in the comprehensive treatment of endurance athletes from injury to performance. She has participated in a wide variety of sports which allows her to integrate and understand the dynamics of 3D movement and biomechanics individual to each athlete. In addition her professional experience includes Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS), trained in Grey Institute Applied Functional Science techniques, and is a USATF Level 1 Track & Field Coach.

Dr. Jennifer Reid

Doctor of Physical Therapy

As a basketball/volleyball athlete, Jenn understands the physical fitness, speed, and agility required to excel on the court. She attended the University of the Pacific, earning both her BS in Health, Exercise, and Sport Sciences, then continued at UOP to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Growing up in Hawaii, Jenn has a deep love for everything outdoors. She is an avid hiker, backpacker, and overall outdoor adventurer. Jenn is driven to return patients back to the lifestyle they love as she coaches their movement to allow them to get back to higher-level activities.

Dr. Mike Swienton

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Michael Swienton is a performance-driven physical therapist who specializes in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and athletic return. With a doctorate in physical therapy and a background in strength and conditioning, Mike blends manual therapy, movement analysis, and sport-specific programming to help athletes recover, rebuild, and return stronger. His clinical experience spans youth development, high school competition, collegiate athletics, and professional sports. Whether treating post-operative patients or managing acute field injuries, Mike focuses on restoring confidence through movement, precision, and trust. He’s known for his clear communication, high-energy presence, and results-focused approach that supports each athlete’s full performance potential.

DR. Aaron Crouch

Doctor of Physical Therapy

A former NCAA Division I baseball player, Aaron is an expert physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist. He holds a StrongFirst SFG Level 1 Instructor certification. Thanks to his history in baseball, Aaron understands the value of achieving and maintaining optimal movement, which he helps clients succeed every day. In addition to receiving his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Sacramento State, he has accumulated vast professional experience in diverse organizations, including the San Francisco Giants, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and the USA Track and Field Championships, where he worked as a medical team member. Aaron is passionate about education; in addition to being a KIMEU and Rocktape instructor, he teaches a variety of professional courses for clinicians and fitness professionals.

Dr. Rebecca Hatlevig

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Rebecca Hatlevig brings more than a decade of outpatient orthopedic experience to KIME, helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy most. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and has spent her career providing individualized, evidence-based care for a wide variety of orthopedic conditions.

Rebecca believes that successful rehabilitation starts with understanding each patient’s goals. Her treatment approach emphasizes patient education, movement quality, and collaborative care, empowering individuals to take an active role in their recovery. In addition to treating orthopedic injuries, she has experience working with vestibular and neurologic conditions, allowing her to care for patients with diverse movement challenges.

RUSS DUNNING, MPT

Master of Physical Therapy

An accomplished sports physical therapist, strength coach, and researcher, Russ comes from a martial arts and strength athlete background. After his academic years, which include a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Physical Therapy, he pursued becoming a StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor to complement his Sports Medicine Physical Therapy focus. As an academic, he is published and active in research. As a PT, he is deeply involved in his patient’s successes, and as a coach, he leads groups of both young and professional athletes to better their total body performance, strength, and conditioning. Russ is the Sports Medicine Coach for the UFC Hall of Fame, Urijah Faber, and Team Alpha Male.
