Dr. Carl Schuster joined KIME following completion of his Premiere Sports Physical Therapy Rotation, where his passion for movement, sports rehab, and individualized patient care aligned naturally with KIME’s performance-focused culture.
A graduate of Arcadia University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, Carl brings experience in outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation, and athletic performance settings. With a background as both a physical therapy aide and basketball skills trainer, he developed a strong appreciation for movement quality, relationship-building, and helping people return confidently to the activities they enjoy most.
Carl is passionate about creating a supportive environment where patients feel motivated, understood, and empowered throughout their recovery process. His approach combines evidence-based care with strong communication and individualized exercise programming to help patients build strength, resilience, and long-term confidence in movement.
