Dr. Cara Filce earned her BA in Kinesiology in May 2019 from Saint Mary’s College of California. She graduated Summa Cum Laude, Emphasis on Health and Human Performance, and was a Valedictorian Candidate. She furthered her education at the University of Puget Sound, earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May of 2023. Cara is passionate about sports and orthopedic conditions, spinal cord injuries, and pediatrics. She completed an elite internship with the Sports Medicine Institute in Southern California, working with elite baseball players and overhead athletes. Cara grew up in Lake Tahoe, so she continues to be an avid skier and fitness enthusiast. She enjoys helping patients identify their limiting factors and obstacles so they can exceed their goals.
