Dr. Niko Contos (Reno, NV)
Niko Contos, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist and Regional Director at KIME Performance, where he leads multiple clinics across Nevada and oversees the development of clinical and performance systems across the region. His work focuses on helping athletes and active individuals return to sport with confidence by building strength, movement capacity, and resilience—not just reducing pain. He integrates rehabilitation with strength and conditioning principles, using objective testing and performance-based benchmarks to guide decision-making. Niko has experience working with athletes across youth, high school, collegiate , and profession levels, and is actively involved in developing injury prevention and return-to-play systems in collaboration with local teams and university athletics. As a clinician and leader, his goal is to redefine physical therapy as a performance-driven profession—one that builds strong, capable humans and prepares them for the demands of sport and life.
