Dr. Tyler Farr (Sacramento, SSC)

Driven by a passion for functional movement and athletic recovery, Dr. Tyler Farr brings a high-performance mindset and patient-centered approach to his practice at KIME. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Pacific University and holds national certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Tyler is dedicated to bridging the gap between rehabilitation and return to sport, combining clinical precision with strength-based progression. Tyler’s training includes rotations in outpatient orthopedics, sports performance, acute care, and neurological rehabilitation. His clinical experience spans everything from post-operative care to vestibular rehab and concussion management, with special emphasis on ACL rehabilitation and overhead athlete mechanics. At Champion PT and Performance in Massachusetts, he worked with elite-level baseball players and collaborated closely with S&C coaches to design return-to-sport protocols. In addition to his clinical work, Tyler has experience as a personal trainer, flexologist, and rehab aide, and has presented research at APTA’s Combined Sections Meeting. Known for his intuitive care, technical proficiency, and strong rapport with patients, Tyler helps clients reach their goals with clarity, motivation, and purpose.
