Dr. Margret Lewis (Sacramento, SSC and Fitness Rangers)

Margret, or Meg as we call her, is a fierce competitor. Being a soccer athlete, she has a deep understanding of physical fitness, including speed, agility, endurance, and strength. She attended Cuesta Community College, where she played soccer and earned her degree in Pre-Psychology. While there, she was the captain of her soccer team, the MVP, and was nominated for Athlete of the Year. She then attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she earned her BA in Psychology with a minor in education and applied psychology. She went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific. During her time at UOP, she served as a performance coach, working directly with people to improve their function and performance. Meg is passionate about helping people build strength and getting them back to the life and activities they love. She brings this competitive spirit and passion for coaching to her work every day to help you achieve your goals. She believes in the body’s ability to heal and enable people to become the best version of themselves through exercise.
