Dr. Josef Mielke, DPT, OCS, is a board-certified orthopedic specialist and experienced clinic director with over eight years of expertise in orthopedic care, sports medicine, and strength and conditioning. He is highly skilled in managing complex diagnoses and collaborating with multidisciplinary medical teams to provide comprehensive patient care. Dr. Mielke holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University.
He recently served as Clinic Director at Spine and Sport Physical Therapy in Sacramento, where he oversees clinic operations, optimizes productivity, and fosters relationships with local physicians and organizations. His work includes designing innovative injury prevention programs and collaborating with first responders like Sac Fire and Sac PD to implement an industrial athlete rehab model. In addition to his clinic leadership, Dr. Mielke worked with the Cleveland Clinic, where he provided high quality patient care internationally.
